Shipment & Payment modalities

Le modalità di pagamento accettate sul sito Internet Monoty Official Online Shop sono CARTA DI CREDITO (Visa e Mastercard) e Postepay tramite servizio PAYPAL, il più affidabile e utilizzato in Italia.

TRASPORTO:

Le nostre spedizioni sono effettuate tramite Corriere GLS. 
L' invio della merce è garantito entro 3 giorni lavorativi, salvo indisponibilità della merce. La consegna avverrà entro ulteriori 1/2 giorni lavorativi. Il tempo totale dall'ordine alla ricezione è quindi di 1/5 GIORNI LAVORATIVI.


La consegna avviene in giorni feriali, dalle ore 8,00 alle ore 19,00. 
L'importo per spedizioni in Italia è di Euro 9,00. 

Non è consentita la mancata ricezione della spedizione. L'effettuazione dell'ordine comporta la ricezione obbligatoria della spedizione, fermo restando il diritto di reso. 


Ogni eventuale spesa di giacenza dovuta ad assenza del destinatario ed errori od omissioni nell'indicazione dell'indirizzo di consegna (compreso nome sul campanello) sarà interamente a carico dell'acquirente.

Accepted payment methods on Monoty Official Online Shop are CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) or PAYPAL.

CARRIAGE:

Orders and shipments are managed by the distribution and storage center located in Via Volta, 22/A - 37026 Pescantina (VR).

National shipments are carried out by Corriere GLS, EU shipments are carried out by Poste Italiane (the Italian postal service). Shipping is guaranteed within 3 working days with TNT and within 8 to 12 days with Poste Italiane, except in case of goods unavailability.

Delivery will take place within one or two working days.

In the end, from the date of order to the receiving it takes from 1 to 5 working days in case of shipping in Italy and from 5 to 15 working days in case of shipping in the EU.

Delivery takes place during working days, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Shipping fees amount to €9.00 in Italy.

Failing to receive goods is not allowed. After purchasing an item, accepting it is compulsory. The chance to return goods is always given. 


Possible warehousing fees due to a consignee absence or to errors and omissions when stating the address (including the name on the doorbell) will be carriage forward.
